Payment is required on or prior to your appointment and can be made by EFTPOS, credit card or direct deposit.
We understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate the cancellation or postponement of an appointment. We appreciate your consideration in providing sufficient notice.
Cancellation Notice: In the event of a cancellation or change of appointment please provide a minimum of 24 hour notice. Clients who do not provide notice that they are unable to attend the counselling session or cancel within a 24 hour period, will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
